Your Role – What to Expect
The Market Acceleration Lead (MAL)& Omnichannel Strategy Lead is a senior, market-facing role focused on accelerating market growth by driving the Connected Model vision and roadmap in close partnership with local clients and internal teams, independent of channel or agency. Working closely with Market Digital Ops & Media Leads, the role ensures cohesive customer journey orchestration, aligning touchpoints, audience behaviour insights, and brand growth objectives into scalable omnichannel strategies. The role safeguards campaign timing, asset readiness, media booking hygiene, and cross-brand visibility. It also delivers regular updates to senior leadership and the marketing community to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities – What You Will Work On
Strategic Enablement & Client Leadership
- Lead senior client engagement on the Connected Model, positioning it as a growth accelerator linked to business objectives, funnel performance, and omnichannel transformation. Act as the primary point of contact for Connected Model topics, ensuring commercial alignment, delivery quality, and shared clarity on priorities, success criteria, and outcomes.
Market Alignment & Execution Excellence
- Bridge central strategy and local market execution by aligning Connected Model initiatives with market context, maturity, and operational realities. Ensure consistency with central vision while maintaining local relevance, overseeing quality of delivery (campaign timing and co-ordination, creative asset oversight, model-launch alignment) client satisfaction, and integration into broader growth agenda.
Collaboration, Integration, Adoption
- Serve as the strategic interface between central capabilities (Brand, Media, CRM, CDP, Web, SEO, etc.) and local teams, working closely with Digital and Media Market Leads to enable connected omnichannel ways of working. Drive cross-functional collaboration across brands, channels, and stakeholders by clarifying roles, aligning processes, removing blockers, and supporting adoption of shared frameworks and operating models.
Strategic Integration & Omnichannel Leadership
- Unify specialist outputs across Collective disciplines to design and deliver integrated omnichannel strategies in market. Follow and translate central guidelines into actionable market activities, connecting media, CRM, web, personalization, SEO, and digital channels into cohesive customer journeys.
- Lead senior client engagement on the Connected Model, positioning it as a growth accelerator linked to business objectives, funnel performance, and omnichannel transformation.
- Acting as the strategic link between central capabilities (across Media and Digital workstreams) and local market execution to ensure consistency with central vision while maintaining local relevance, overseeing quality of delivery, client satisfaction, and integration into broader growth agendas.
Quality & Performance Measurement
- Oversee the quality and consistency of omnichannel strategic output across campaigns, including central launches, tactical activations, and always-on programs. Partner with Data & Insight teams to validate performance, define KPIs, and continuously optimise the omnichannel approach.
- Deliver insights based on campaign learnings, translating performance results into clear recommendations for future planning and cross brand optimization
- Deliver regular performance and status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Brand Collaboration
- Become trusted partner of local Brand lead and position omnichannel strategy within broader growth agendas
Your Profile – What You Bring With You
- Minimum 10+ years in strategic planning or communications planning roles.
- Excellent cross functional communication skills and the ability to align many stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Innovation oriented, eager to grow and be challenged.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) and good German language proficiency.

Compensation
- For this position, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 56,000.00 depending on professional qualifications and relevant experience.
- The position is offered exclusively as a full-time role (38.5 hours per week).
